Common questions

How do I set the duration and number of rounds?

Open Settings in the app. There you find the durations and the rounds. A change applies from the next round; the current one stays as it is.

Why does Waxi wake up?

The app notices through your device's motion sensor when you pick up your phone. A bump of the table is not enough. Detecting this needs no permission, and the motion data is neither stored nor transmitted.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Apple manages subscriptions, not us. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name at the top and choose “Subscriptions”. There you can view and cancel the subscription.

How do I restore purchases?

In the app, open the screen with the Pro offers and tap “Restore Purchases”. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. The app has no account and no server of ours; everything stays on your device. Details are in the privacy policy.
